Fully computerized stitching and gluing machine

This machine consists of six units: the creasing unit, the folding unit, the shaping unit, the nailing unit, the turning unit, and the counting unit. Each working part is equipped with an independent servo drive device and an operation platform, making the operation safer, more convenient, and faster.

Equipped with a system platform that ranks among the top ten in the global motion control field, it utilizes EtherCAT fieldbus technology to precisely control the position of the folding and side-patting mechanism, synchronize the speed and position of the shaping and correction unit's push (block) gauge, dynamically track the motion trajectory and position of the intelligent nail head, and synchronize the linkage of the transmission system. Users can access enterprise production management systems such as MES and ERP through EtherNET or serial ports. The entire machine is driven by a servo system to adjust the mechanism, facilitating quick, efficient, and precise order changes for users.
